We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and collects usage data such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location and the site you arrived from. This is used only in aggregate to improve the website. It is not used to identify you personally and we do not use it for advertising.
These analytics cookies are not strictly necessary for the website to work. You can block or delete them at any time through your browser settings, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking them will not affect your ability to order or book.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
We do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
Booking and order information you provide (such as your name, phone number, email address, booking date and time, guest count, ordered items and any special requests) is stored in our secure cloud database, hosted by Supabase on servers located in Sydney, Australia. Storing this centrally is what lets the restaurant receive and manage your booking or order, and lets us send you confirmation emails.
Confirmation and notification emails are sent on our behalf by Resend, our transactional email provider.
Partner enquiries submitted through our sign-up form are processed by Formspree and delivered to our team email. Formspree's privacy policy applies to that transmission.
We keep this information only for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

Your booking and order data is stored in Australia (Supabase, Sydney). However, some of the service providers listed above are based overseas and may store or process limited personal information outside Australia, primarily in the United States and the European Union. This applies to Stripe, Resend, Formspree, Netlify, Zoho and Google.
Before disclosing personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. By using BoldBite, you consent to this disclosure.
